Ive been staying at this apartment for a few months, and could not recommend it enough! Having Eko as a property manager is a blessing, as he is always very kind and helpful towards his tenants. Does the School of Visual Arts (SVA) allow off-campus housing or does it require you to stay on campus?

The school has an on-campus traditional-style residence hall, but they did not mention any strict regulations against off-campus housing. You may refer to the school website for more information about the School of Visual Arts apartments.

How far in advance do we need to make a booking?

If you’re looking to start a lease for the new semester or academic year, we recommend starting your application from the semester before to ensure that you can secure the best deals and your preferred apartment choice. Please note that you also have to take into account the time taken for the application process.

What is the minimum period of stay?

Based on one academic year,

  • For Spring/Fall Semesters: Minimum 4 months is required
  • For Summer Internships: Minimum 2.5 months are required

If you’re looking to stay for the full academic year, we require a minimum of 9 months’ stay.

Are there any fees associated with booking an apartment?

No, there are no hidden or additional fees when booking an apartment with us.

What safety measures are in place at Heritage Collection?

We take our students' safety seriously. Here are some of the safety precautions that we’ve implemented:

  • Access into the building is only available to tenants who have registered Brivo mobile pass to their smartphones
  • Access into individual units and/or bedrooms requires a physical key. For selected locations, this access can only be done by the Brivo mobile pass. This will be further explained upon confirmation of the booking.
  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance
  • All tenants' visitors have to be registered with the Management before they are allowed to stay overnight

That said, we do encourage our guests to remain vigilant and alert at all times.

Are students allowed to have friends and/or guests over?

There will be an additional fee of $45/person should your friend(s) and/or guest(s) want to stay overnight.

Are students allowed to rent the apartments unfurnished?

All our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready. We are unfortunately unable to market them unfurnished.
