Heritage Collection is a hospitality brand that was established in Singapore in 2011. Since 2018, we have expanded our operations to North America, proudly managing 15 properties across Manhattan.

Over the years, Heritage Collection’s fully furnished apartments have emerged as the preferred choice among students for our hassle-free experience and close proximity to different campuses in the city.

How far in advance do we need to make a booking?

Preferably at least 1 month before your desired move-in date to take into account the time taken for the application process.

For the best accuracy, we recommend that you enquire via email. Our website only shows a general overview of all the apartments we have in our inventory regardless of their dates. As such, apartments showcased here may not be available for specific requested stay dates.

What is the minimum period of stay?

Based on one academic year,

  • For Spring/Fall Semesters: Minimum 1 month is required
  • For Summer Semesters: Minimum 2.5 months are required

Are there any fees associated with booking an apartment?

No, there are no hidden or additional fees when booking an apartment with us.

What safety measures are in place at Heritage Collection?

We take our students' safety seriously. Here are some of the safety precautions that we’ve implemented:

  • Access into the building is only available to tenants who have registered Brivo mobile pass to their smartphones
  • Access into individual units and/or bedrooms requires a physical key. For selected locations, this access can only be done by the Brivo mobile pass. This will be further explained upon confirmation of the booking.
  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance
  • All tenants' visitors have to be registered with the Management before they are allowed to stay overnight

That said, we do encourage our guests to remain vigilant and alert at all times.

Are students allowed to have friends and/or guests over?

There will be an additional fee of $45/person should your friend(s) and/or guest(s) want to stay overnight.

Are students allowed to rent the apartments unfurnished?

All our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready. We are unfortunately unable to market them unfurnished.
